The room was fascinating. Spacious and clean. Spa tub was wonderful. Soundproof lives up to expectation. Nothing to complain about the room.

I expected more from the breakfast. The staff didn't pay attention to guests coming to the breakfast area. Like guiding to the table or so.

The hotel is upmarket and the executive room very comfy with a beautiful view over nha Trang. Loved the spa bath

A nice hotel with a spectacular view. It would need to be cleaner, the bed was not that comfortable, the pillows had a strange smell, and the balcony windows were dirty, but otherwise it was almost ok.

The building was excellent and you can feel the luxury, I had a good view and the service was high quality. The food from the buffet was fresh and it was clean. They provide drinks during breakfast without charge, I ordered multiple lattes. During my stay Loc and My Anh at the front desk were very helpful, they serve as concierges and give you advice about the local area.

Common areas, room, breakfast - all was very good deal for the money I paid. Stayed in this hotel a few separate times and had a 70sq m room. Very quiet hotel overall. Location may not be convenient for everyone but it was perfect for me as I stay more on the North Nha Trang.

I have been to this hotel since 2020, and as of 2025 this hotel is not qualify as a 5 Star hotel even to the most basic. Everything is now Down graded badly. Breakfast to a minimum, and cook terrible. No Towel Napkins as any other 5 Star hotel had. Lack of personal use products in room. Front Desk check out name Tu and Hoai are Rude, no smile, and it takes 15 minutes to get the luggages down the Lobby and onother 30 minutes to check out. I even saw them talking and laughing loud at the Lobby the day earlier. It looks like they are not being trained at all, and seem likes nobody cares. Don,t forget they promoted this hotel as a 5 Star hotel. The hotel Booking sevice try to precharge, and surcharge for the room with no good reasons. No Air Conditions any where in the hotel even at the restaurant, except for Hotel room. Obsolutely unacceptable for a 5 Star Hotel, and misleading. I dont even know if the Manager of this hotel training his/her employees any more. Bad Management.

The staff was wonderful, pleasant and helpful! The location was great as it is across from the ocean and backing into a lake. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The rooms are larger than the average hotel rooms. You can control the air conditioning in your hotel rooms.

There are no fans or air conditioning in the hotel main lobby, hallway of each floor, inside the elevators and on the fifth floor where the indoor swimming pool is. It gets very stuffy and hot! I get that the hotel is trying to conserve electricity but they could ventilate those spaces with the fans. The hotel room’s bathtub doesn’t have a glass screen or a curtain so it floods the bathroom every time someone takes a shower. It is a slipping hazard! The bar to put the clothing hangers inside the closet is so high up that you have to be 6 feet tall to reach it.

Super friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, spacious and comfortable room, very clean. At first got a room with construction nearby but the staff was quick to change the room to another floor.

Lack of furniture on the huge balcony, felt empty there.

The beds were hard carpet smells it was hot in the reception I felt sorry for the staff they were so nice and helpful you could see they were sweating I walked out and got other accommodations no refund after telling them it was not a 5star accommodation would recommend not to stay there the swimming pool in the middle off the hotel so alll the guests get in elevator wet I slipped and pulled my neck out it is a 3 star don’t go there

The room’s smell damp hard beds big balcony not one chair to sit on the staff are fantastic they all need to leave there and find a better work environment they were all had sweet running no air conditioner in reception 3 star accommodation

The only thing I liked about this place was the room. Was clean and comfortable.

Easily the worst hospitality I've ever experienced in Vietnam. It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel but the hospitality and behavior from the receptionists was the worse.I had already put down a deposit and paid for 1 night but had to extend my stay for 2 more nights due to unenforced circumstances. Ordered room service twice during my stay, the first time I was asked if I wanted to pay now or pay at checkout and I opted to pay all extra charges at checkout. The next day they asked me to pay immediately when they brought in the food, but since I was going to stay for one more night I asked if I could pay all outstanding at checkout, to which they said no. I had to leave the food in the room and go down to make the payment. When I suggested I pay in advance for the next night too, they simply said "no" and told me that I need to first make the payment(which is what I was suggesting). The staff didn't make any effort to understand what I was saying and just kept telling me "I need to pay". Had to use google translate to tell them that I indeed want to pay but I wanted to pay in advance for the next day's room charge as well. This went on for 30minutes while my food was going cold. These people had no sense of what hospitality is and didn't care it was almost 10pm and made me wait without any regard for my situation.Finally at checkout the receptionist shows me a picture of the soap and shampoo bottles in the bathroom and told me that one was missing. I politely explained to her also using google translate that she can find 2 bottles by the mirror and 2 bottles by the bathtub Without even listening or reading my message she simply said "No". I was already late and now I had to take her with me back to my room, open the bathroom and pick up each bottle and show her that there were indeed all 4 bottles. She walked out and said "sorry" and was on her way. Worst hospitality ever.

Good value for money, but not a 5* hotel. A new hotel but the finish was poor in the room.

Wide space

I went a restaurant for breakfast but found it’s a very loud and packed with Chinese tourists. There was no bread available to eat. When I came back to my seat after picking up foods, my seat was taken up by Chinese children then found my foods was moved to other seat with foods waste. It’s an horrible experience in the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff serving it was very kind.

We had a terrible smell in the room. There was not a single piece of furniture on the balcony. The room was big but not cosy at all.

I liked yhe staff, services, our room that was clean, big, the view from the balcony, service staff from the breakfast.

This was amaxing 5 star hotel in Nha Trang thst is located close to centre of city such as Nha Trang beach, Lotus tower. Our room was big and clean with jaccuzi, with splendid view of the city's skyline and the beach. Large bathrooms, big mirrors, large king size bed, food ordered from the room service was averaged.Breakfast was sumptous, we appreciated excellent service and hospitality of the staff st the breakfast counter- Mr Khang and supervisor (we forgot his name)who was very attentive to our reguests and helful. Overall the hotel staff were very friendly and kind to assist. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I recommend this hotel to travellers for a great experience and comfortable stay.
